Abundant Baby News- Bethany's Health Journey & New Location

A Personal Note from Our Family: A Special Prayer Request

As many of you know, our family is walking through a difficult and emotional season right now. I wanted to take a moment to share something very personal with our Abundant Baby community—because your love and support have meant the world to us.

My daughter Bethany is currently waiting for a life-saving kidney and pancreas transplant. She is currently on dialysis, and it has been challenging for her. It wears her down as it is an all-day process to do the type she is doing at home. So far, she's received two calls, but sadly, neither one turned out to be the right fit. Each call brings a spark of hope followed by heartbreak when it doesn’t work out. This journey has tested our patience, our faith, and our strength—but we continue to believe that the right match will come.

We are asking for your prayers, specifically for:
🙏 The perfect organs to become available
🙏 Peace and strength for my daughter as she continues to wait
🙏 Wisdom for the transplant team when the time comes
🙏 Comfort and courage for the donor’s family who will make this miracle possible

The pancreas, in particular, is incredibly difficult to match, and finding one suitable for transplant takes time, precision, and prayer. We know that the right match is out there, and we’re holding onto that hope.

Please keep our family in your thoughts. Share this with anyone who you know will pray. Your support truly means everything to us—not just as customers, but as a community that lifts each other up in times of need.

On another note, we will slowly be transitioning some of our store's products to a new location. This is a blessing as it will allow me to be gone to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for 2-3 months when she finally does get the transplant. With me the one running the store the majority of the time it would put extreme pressure on Jenna as she is a full time Admin/Office Manager for her husband's construction company New Life Construction. Making this move temporarily will allow us to continue to keep our business running in the interim. So, stay tuned for the new location and what will be happening with our storefront in Cloquet. As always, our ONLINE store will be open for business.....

With love and gratitude,
Colleen and family
